An Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate and an alumni of the National Defence Academy, Maj Thomas is a veteran of the Indian Army’s Corps of Signals. He has led communication networks in high-stakes environments—think counter-terrorism operations and high-altitude warfare. 25 years back he swapped military strategy for business strategy, and is now helping us build agile business strategies, stronger team structures, smarter operations, and scalable solutions. 

Beyond Mirra Digital, Major Thomas is a sought-after mentor and advisor to businesses looking for strategic guidance. His unique blend of military precision and entrepreneurial insight makes him a trusted guide for organizations aiming to scale with strength and resilience. 

He’s no stranger to startups either, having founded TelecomOne, a pioneering telecom infrastructure company that scaled to over 1,000 employees. With his sharp eye for operational excellence and leadership, he’s here to make sure Mirra Digital is built to last—and to keep us all just disciplined enough to stay on track. 

Major Thomas believes in what we’re building at Mirra Digital and has taken us on as his next big project. We’d like to think he joined us because he saw the potential in our vision, but it might also be his way of proving that startups can benefit from a little military-grade strategy. Either way, his mentorship, expertise, and uncanny ability to turn even the toughest challenges into learning moments make him an irreplaceable part of Mirra Digital.

Sam’s career started in the world of art and design, with a pen in hand and a knack for turning blank spaces into something extraordinary. Over time, her curiosity and love for problem-solving drew her to marketing—a space where big ideas find their purpose. 

With over a decade of experience across brand strategy, social media marketing, content creation, design, and advertising, she has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. She’s known for her ability to craft campaigns that resonate and strategies that stick, all while keeping things refreshingly down-to-earth. 
Her favorite part of the process? Coming up with fresh ideas and seeing them take shape. She’ll tell you her sense of humor is a secret ingredient in all this—making brainstorming sessions less stressful and way more fun (puns included, no extra charge). 

As the Founder and CEO, Sam leads a team of sharp web designers, developers, and digital marketing specialists, all driven by a shared belief in doing great work that truly matters.
